The room is part of a spacious 6-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house in a quiet residential area.
Equipped with 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large living & dining area and a balcony with grill. In addition, there is a cellar compartment and an attic available. Covered bicycle spaces are available in front of the house. The unfurnished room is approx. 14m2 large, small built-in wardrobe and a large window with a wide view towards the west.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated person around our age. Are you occasionally up for a beer together on the balcony, a movie night or a meal together?

We are a fun bunch of 4 different, relatively busy people. Yann (28) is a music teacher and plays in various bands. He spends his free time lounging around and watching documentaries. He also tries his hand at books, sports or in the kitchen. When Cyrill (30) is not on the football pitch, he is probably studying a philosophy book. Vivi (24) is mostly found in a coffee shop or at the bouldering wall. Otherwise, she also reads a kitschy novel or transforms her room into an art studio. Sven (25) likes to cook, does all sorts of sports and organizes raves, besides studying psychology.
