The room has a window facing south, a window facing east and beautiful historical walls.

For shared use we have a large, well-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a total of three bathrooms with showers (one per floor), as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a cellar compartment and a sunny patio. You will share the bathroom with one other person. A bicycle shed (also has space for motorcycles) and, if needed, parking spaces (can be rented additionally) are also available. In addition to the rent and utility costs, there are additional costs for the shared household insurance (incl. personal liability), our WLAN, heating and our electricity consumption.

We are a 5-person shared flat (plus two cats) and live in a beautiful, newly renovated farmhouse in Elsau (adjacent to Winterthur). Elsau has good connections to Zurich and Winterthur (train station is 15 minutes away, bus stop 2 minutes). The house is quietly located on the edge of the old village centre with numerous surrounding forests that invite you to go for walks. Next to our part of the house, two families with children also live in the building, as well as some chickens, cats and a dog. We are students and between 20 and 26 years old. (Not a party flat)
