2 min from Seen train station. Winterthur train station is about 7 min by train and about 15 min by bus. Zurich is about 25 minutes away. A large Migros and Coop are within walking distance. We are also very close to the forest.

The room is approx. 15 square meters, has windows on two sides and is therefore always flooded with light. The room is unfurnished.

The garden is very spacious and in summer a great place to spend time. If you have a green thumb, you will find plenty of opportunities to let off steam.

Gad (27) is a food technologist and can enrich you with useless facts on any topic.
Nicolas (26) is studying economics in a master's program at UZH and works in the finance sector. He will be your new roommate.
Julian (24) has just completed his studies in business law and always ensures a good atmosphere with his sayings.
Tobias (20) studies computer science, is interested in mathematics and is always up for board games.
