Looking for a cozy place with space and privacy? Our shared apartment in Kloten could be just the right fit!
My flatmate and I are the official tenants, but we're rarely at the apartment — typically only once or twice a month for a short stay.
That means you'll practically have the entire apartment to yourself for everyday living.
The rent is CHF 1150/month, including all bills and high-speed internet. Even though we're not actively using the utilities, we're covering them – we're simply looking for someone reliable to enjoy the space and keep it cared for.
🛏️ The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom) is fully furnished and ready to use. Please note: the pictures are from the flat just before we moved in, so current furniture may not be shown.
📍 The apartment is bright, spacious, and very well connected:

• 3 minutes' walk to Lidl
• 7 minutes' walk to Denner, Migros and Coop
• 3 minutes' walk from a Gym
• 10 minutes' walk to Kloten Bahnhof
• 5 minutes by bus / 20 minutes walking to Zurich Airport
• Blue zone parking is available in the area

📅 Visit dates: Appointments can be scheduled between June 17th and June 21st
🚚 Ideal move-in date: Anytime shortly after those dates – flexible to coordinate

Suchst du ein gemütliches Zuhause mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre? Unsere WG-Wohnung in Kloten könnte genau das Richtige für dich sein!
Mein Mitbewohner und ich sind die offiziellen Hauptmieter, aber wir sind nur selten in der Wohnung – typischerweise ein- bis zweimal im Monat für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Das bedeutet, dass du die Wohnung im Alltag praktisch ganz für dich allein haben wirst.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 1150 pro Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten und schnellem Internet. Obwohl wir die Wohnung kaum nutzen, übernehmen wir die laufenden Kosten – wir suchen einfach eine zuverlässige Person, die den Raum genießt und gut pflegt.
🛏️ Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber der Rest der Wohnung (Küche, Bad) ist vollständig möbliert und bezugsbereit. Hinweis: Die Fotos zeigen die Wohnung im Zustand vor unserem Einzug – aktuelle Möbel sind daher nicht abgebildet.
📍 Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr gut angebunden:

• 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu Lidl
• 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu Denner, Migros und Coop
• 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Fitnessstudio
• 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Kloten
• 5 Minuten mit dem Bus / 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Flughafen Zürich
• Blaue Zone Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung verfügbar
