I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment starting July 1st, as I'll be moving out at the end of June.

The apartment includes:
• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Kitchen, living room and dining room
• A balcony
• A large private terrace (accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room)

The apartment is on the second floor and shared with clean, respectful, and easy-going roommates.

Important note:
I will only give up the room to someone willing to buy the furniture in the room.
