I, Eduardo (43, m), am renting a room in my apartment. Ideally, someone who works/studies in the city during the week and is mostly away on weekends – a classic weekly resident.

What to expect:

• Fully furnished apartment (that should stay that way)
• Your own room
• Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.
• Washing machine available in the basement
• Uncomplicated coexistence without WG compulsion – you can get along well, but you don’t have to cook together every day :)

What I am looking for:

• Quiet, reliable person
• Weekly resident preferred (not a must, but desired)
• No party WG, no chaos
• Someone who appreciates the best of both worlds: privacy and relaxed togetherness
