The room is 12 square meters and available immediately. The room and the whole apartment have underfloor heating and one wall is a complete built-in wardrobe.
Besides your private room you also have a bathroom right next door - pure luxury!

I am currently a man in our shared flat and I am happy to welcome someone to my place, regardless of gender.

A terrace with a seating lounge and a whirlpool is also available, which is wonderful for relaxed evenings.

Of course there is also WLAN, which you can use together. I speak German and English, so communication is no problem.
The price includes water, electricity, heating at normal consumption.
