After a move, we are looking for a new member for our four-person shared apartment.

The 125m2 large 5.5 room apartment, built in 2012, is perfectly located in the central meeting area in Bülach. Restaurants, post office, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. It takes 5 minutes to get to Bülach train station, and from the front door, it takes 20-25 minutes to Zurich HB, Zurich-Kloten Airport, Winterthur HB, Schaffhausen.

Our available room is 12m2, and if needed, you could also have a larger room with your own bathroom, it just costs a bit more. Washing machine/dryer in the apartment, bathroom and kitchen for shared use and cleaned by a cleaning service. Your share of the additional costs (heating, water, maintenance) is included and fixed at Fr. 55.-, and your share of our common shared apartment costs (electricity, internet, cleaning service, Serafe) is separately fixed at Fr. 85.- per month, totaling with your rent share to 910.- and will not increase if someone moves out.

We are an uncomplicated and mixed shared apartment, rather quiet and tidy. You should be roughly between 25 and 45 years old and non-smoking, gender is open, and no pets are allowed. Garage spaces are available for 160.-.
