Single room for rent - 8152 Glattpark (Opfikon)

Hello, my name is Olivia and I am looking for a flatmate to share with me and my cat Penny this wonderful and cozy apartment in Glattpark from the 1st of July until the end of August, with the possibility of changing the stay into an unlimited rental agreement.

I am looking for someone that shares my view of living in a well-kept and relaxing atmosphere, where you can enjoy free-time in peace, while leaving the stress of daily life outside of our four walls. The apartment is quite new, is well-furnished with a tumbler, washing machine, dish-washer and many other useful appliances. it has a wintergarden and a balcony, two bathrooms and two toilets.

The location is very nice, since it is right beside the green area of the Opfikerpark, while being also near to the city center and the airport at the same time. It is a 5 minutes ride by public transportation to get to Oerlikon station and It is an 8 minutes ride by tram to get to the airport. Groceries stores like Coop, Denner and Migros are a 5 minutes walk away.
An additional parking slot in the garage can be rented for CHF 150.-/month.

Required documents for a rental agreement are as follows:
- ID / residence permit
- debt collection extract (Betreibungsauszug) not older than three months
- work contract
- one month rental deposit
- liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung)
