Single room for rent - 8049 Zürich, Segantinistrasse 50

Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our flat starting from July 1st. Our flat is located near ETH Zurich (bus line 69) and Meierhofplatz (tram line 13). The area is full of charming little spots to explore and enjoy, including three supermarkets (Denner, a big Coop, and Migros), a pharmacy, cozy cafes, and bakeries. Nearby is Honggerberg, which is great for walking or running. The flat itself is a spacious and bright 4.5-room apartment. As you can see in the photos, it has a garden with a barbecue. Besides all these features, we also have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks. Your flatmates will be Alex and Steffi. Alex (28) is from Berlin and is a doctor/resident. He is very sporty, enjoys the being with friends and in the mountains, and likes cycling, skiing, and constantly challenging himself. Steffi (27) is from Munich and works as a scenographer. She loves design, architecture, and art. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and doing sports or indoor activities like going to the movies or exhibitions. As a WG, we try to organize dinners whenever possible, cooking and eating together, sometimes watching movies or shows, relaxing in the garden, or spontaneously having breakfast on weekends.
