Price includes: Cleaning twice a month, a guest room for visitors, essentials (tea, spices, detergents, trash bags, toilet paper etc.), laundry & dryer unlimited at home. A lot of stuff might be taken for free as we need to leave the flat empty.
Deposit: One month rent

I'm leaving ZH canton, so I want to pass this room into good hands. As above, flat is quite modern, fully furnished and equipped. Laudry and dryer are at home and unlimited, so no need for a plan or payments.Three bathrooms are here, so never a crowd in the rush hours. We also have two balconies, a storage place, a basement/bicycle storage.

Flat is located in a very calm peaceful area in a walking distance to Opfikon SBB/Glattbrugg SBB or Lidberghplatz (10,12). Stop of 781 going from Oerlikon is very close.

As flatmates, we value cleanliness, privacy and kindness.

Remaining flatmates: A Spanish couple, Moroccan (M) and German (M). All in their 30' and working hard.
