In our 3-person shared apartment, a room is available immediately. The room is about 15 m² in size and is located in a freshly renovated 4 ½ room apartment in 8121 Fällanden-Benglen, which was completed just a year ago. The house is very quiet and well-kept with very nice neighbors.

Location
The house is located directly at the recreational area/forest and is very quiet. From here you can relax right at your doorstep or pursue your hobbies. Nevertheless, the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away with a direct connection to Zurich city. You can reach the city by bus in 20 minutes.

everything is fully equipped.

The room is unfurnished, so you can let your creativity run free and set it up as you like.

Desired roommates
We are looking for a quiet person who appreciates cleanliness and loves a harmonious shared living environment. Ideally, the age would be between 20 and 35 years.

Costs
The rent includes all additional costs as well as the shared use of the WLAN.
