we are two brothers (22 and 24 years old) and are looking for a roommate for our cozy shared apartment. We both work, are relaxed, and value a pleasant, respectful atmosphere.

The room:
? Furnished with bed & wardrobe
? Rent: 1090 CHF (including utilities)
? Deposit: 1 month's rent
? Notice period: 1 month

The apartment & shared living:
? Own bathroom (shower & toilet)
? Kitchen & living room as common areas
? Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator)
? Washing machine & dryer in the apartment
? Good public transport connection - only 15 min. by train to the main station
? Shopping facilities in direct proximity

Who we are looking for:
? A quiet, tidy roommate
? Employed or in the last semesters of study would be ideal
? No party flat, but happy to have a relaxed get-together sometimes
