The apartment is a new building, completed in 2015, and features, among other things, an induction stove, dishwasher, etc. The laundry room is on the same floor and can be used whenever it is free (shared with 5 other units). The 3.5-room apartment is located in the Hunziker Areal cooperative / More than living in Oerlikon. IMPORTANT: CAR OWNERSHIP IS NOT ALLOWED! This also serves as a criterion for this shared room. You can also use the advantages of the cooperative (e.g., workshop, sauna, mini-gym, communal rooms, etc.). The Oerlikon train station can be reached in just 3 bus stops or by bike in 3-4 minutes.
