We are looking for a subtenant for a room of about 12m2 in Oerlikon in a quiet location. The room is furnished and has a bed (140x200cm) and a wardrobe with a mirror.
What the apartment offers: shared bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, large living/dining area, large terrace, laundry room.
The shared apartment: two active and open people (F 24 & M 30).
The room is rented for a limited time from 01.07. - 30.08.2025. Optionally, the room can be moved into a little earlier.
Rent 800.- / month must be paid in advance for the two months.
