Unfurnished shared room in Wiedikon/Binz
Since our loyal roommate is moving out, we are looking for a new person who wants to be part of our small, uncomplicated WG team.

About us:
Leo, 31: Works in the legal field, loves his kitchen gadgets, and sometimes provides relaxed background music with his vinyl collection.

Sarah, 26: When she is not working as a doctor in the hospital, she is usually running or in the mountains. She also supplies everyone with Iced Matcha Latte.

In everyday life, we are both quite busy, but we appreciate relaxed dinners together, spontaneous drinks, or a quick chat in between. Everyone has their own rhythm, but we are also happy when the WG life is not just about anonymous door closing.

About the room and apartment:
Your room is about 16 m², quiet, bright, and has a view of greenery or the Üetliberg (depending on the season).
The modern and cozy 4.5-room apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room, and balcony. The apartment has two bathrooms, a private washing machine with dryer, and a cellar compartment. Parking spaces can be rented if needed.

About the location:
Public transport: 3 min away from Binz train station (4 min connection to HB), tram lines 5, 9, 13, 14, and buses N2, 32, 76 are also nearby.
Biking: By bike, the lake, forest, city center, and Langstrasse can be reached in 10 minutes.
Shopping: Lidl, Denner, Coop as well as Brunaupark and Shilcity are also just a few minutes away.

Rent: CHF 1215.– per month. (including advance costs and Wifi, plus additional costs). A rental deposit of 3000 is required.

What we wish for:

We are looking for a young, cheerful person who enjoys participating in WG life. We are active and sporty, love to cook, and value a good togetherness. You should be open & reliable and appreciate a relaxed, respectful coexistence. Employment would be ideal. Humor and a desire for a shared meal or after-work beer are, of course, a plus.
