Single room for rent - 8003 Zürich

Hi,

We have a room available in an amazing appartement for the 1st of August. The room is approximately 16 m2, and the rent is 1,134 CHF. In addition, there are costs for internet, clearing lady, heating, and water of around CHF 2.0. We are a non-smoking shared apartment. The apartment is huge. We have a total of 5 rooms and a private rooftop terrace! There are two living rooms, a small one (12m2) and a larger one with a bar and a home cinema (60m2). The rooftop terrace with a view over all of Zurich and the Üetliberg is also around 60m2 in size. It's best to see this with your own eyes!

As for the apartment's amenities, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. Additionally, we are equipped with a TV and a projector.

The location is fantastic. We are near Wiedikon train station (2 minutes on foot). The main station (HB) is 2 minutes away by train and 15 minutes on foot. Langstrasse is 5 minutes away on foot but far enough that we don't have any noise. There are countless restaurants and bars in the neighborhood!

We are not just looking for a roommate, but someone with whom we can have a good time—whether on the terrace during the summer, at a dinner, or over a beer. We both enjoy being active, such as hiking, sports, swimming in the lake/river (8 minutes by bike), and we don't spend all our time in the apartment.

We are Daniel from Italy and René from Switzerland, both around 30 years old.
