Single room for rent - 8051 Zürich

Are you looking for a place to live in Zurich for a few months?

I am looking for a flatmate for my 4.5-room apartment in Zurich Schwamendingen for a limited period of 5 months.

You will share the apartment with me, Bryan :). I am 29 years old, sociable, and easy-going. I work a lot and enjoy traveling, which is why I am not often in the apartment. I am happy to give you your space but am also open to doing things together.

(I would be open to a 3rd person, which would also make the price cheaper)

The price includes electricity, internet, and furnishings.

Your room will already be furnished, but we can discuss that of course.

The room is expected to be rented from 01.09.2025 - 01.02.2026, but I am open regarding the length.

Stettbach train station is reachable in 6-10 minutes on foot and the tram stop in 3 minutes.

Garage spaces are available.
