Single room for rent - 8004 Zürich

Hi all,

Looking for someone to take over my room in a charming 3.5 flat, in central Wiedikon next to the train station. Handover ideally sometimes in the first week of June, exact date by agreement.

Some additional points:
- Room is approx. 14m2
- The rest of the flat is furnished. I own a share of these furnitures which will be taken over by you (500.-)
- Washing machines/dryers available in the basement where we also have a cellar.
- My flatmate has the lease agreement in his own name so it would be an official sublet contract, duration unlimited.
- Deposit is one month rent
- Electricity comes on top which is around 60.- / 3months
- Location is great & transportation is super easy. S-bahn and tram 9/14 available within 100m.

I would like to sell my bed to the next tenant (quite convenient with storage integrated, price by agreement), the rest I take with me.

If you're interested, could you please send us a little text introducing yourself? What do you like to do in your free time ? Are you currently studying or working at the moment, and in what? What would you like in a flat share / would like less? etc.

In my free time I love to spend time with my friends and do sports such as running, skiing, hiking, and swimming. What is important to me in a flat-share is for it to be quite clean, respectful of each others space but also happy to have a chat and sometimes I bring friends over but we are very quiet and respectful."
