CHF 1,100.- per month (all incl. such as electricity, gas, water, laundry room use) + CHF 100 cleaning fee per month

TEMPORARY fully furnished BEDROOM (9.5 sqm) in a shared flat (74 sqm) with one female roommate (a professional in her 40s).

Your bedroom is fully furnished in a minimalistic style (bed, clothes hanging rack and desk, and if you want, you'll get bed sheets/ towels). It has a window you can fully open.
The whole flat is fully furnished and equipped. We have and share: a living room with a nice view/ big windows - and with access to the balcony, kitchen with all you need (dishwasher, fridge, additional separate big freezer, dishware, cooking ware, etc.), bathroom with bath/ shower (with a window), hall with wardrobe to share. We have floor heating in the whole flat, and the building has a lift. The washing room for clothes is shared in the building according to plan (2 fully new washings machines, 2 tumblers, a drying room at are your disposal).
A very nice cleaning lady comes ca. every 2-3 weeks for 3 hours (she cleans all bedrooms, too).

I like it very neat and tidy - it is very important that you enjoy it, too.

A deposit of CHF 1,500.- is required, preferred roommates are interns/ working professionals, and if possible that you don´t need to register here (but depending on the timeframe we can discuss this, it´s feasible). You must have a liability insurance that covers you in Zurich for the flat, building, etc.
