Here are the details:

• Rental start: Immediately.
• Room size: 13m2, 16m2, 19m2 or 19m2 with balcony

Important:
We are mainly looking for students for this WG.

And now to you and what you should fulfill:

• Are between 18 and 30 years old
• Are a student or have already entered working life
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, you have at least a residence permit B

• We, NextGen Properties 🎯, are a co-living provider and offer WGs and co-livings in a total of 7 Swiss cities. 🏘️
• In our more than 130 WGs, more than 300 young people now live - including students, apprentices, but also doctoral students and young people already working! 👨🏼‍🎓
