The Offer
I'm looking to sub-let my room for one year. There's a possibility to take over the main tenancy after that.

Rent: CHF 1165 per month.
Parking: A parking space is available for an additional CHF 120 per month (preferred, but optional).
Deposit: One month's rent is required as a security deposit.
Furnishing: The room comes furnished as shown in photos, but I'll be taking my desk and office chair with me. Furniture can be optionally purchased.
