Single room for rent - 8048 Zürich

For subletting, a furnished room in Altstetten. The furnishings are optional and consist of a 140 cm bed, open wardrobe, drawer chest, desk, and chair (see picture).
My former roommates would probably describe me as pleasant and quiet. If the opportunity arises, we can gladly cook/eat together. However, I will often be on the go and especially not in the apartment on weekends.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Otherwise, the living room, balcony, bathtub, cellar compartment, bike cellar, and shared laundry room are available for communal use.
In addition to the cleaning service (every 2 weeks), the apartment should also remain clean otherwise. The cleaning service is not included in the rent.

The room can also be rented for a limited time. I prefer weekly tenants, as I am one myself.
