I am looking for a new subtenant for my room in a shared flat in Oerlikon. You will share the flat with a super nice med student from ETH.

• Bright and large: the apartment is 2.0m2 and has a balcony with nice exposure to the sun.
• Modern: the house was renewed in 2023, the kitchen has brand new electric stoves, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer and lots of storage space.
• 2 cellars (both super large!)
• Close to Coop and Apotheke (just across the street), and recycling station. Oerlikon is reached in 5min of bus (61/62). Center/ETH is reached in around 20m (tram 7/9)

The room is FURNISHED, I have personally bought all the furnitures 1.5 years ago from IKEA and they are as good as new. Very flexible on the price.
