Single room for rent - 8047 Zürich

Since my current roommate and her cats are unfortunately moving back to their hometown, I (female, 29) am looking for a new roommate starting mid-July/August (negotiable).

The available room is 15m2 and is part of a great, sunny, and well-connected 3-room apartment in Zurich Albisrieden. In addition to a beautiful balcony with a view of the greenery and the Üetliberg right at the doorstep, the apartment offers 3 well-shaped rooms, plenty of storage space in the basement and attic, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer.

Albisrieden is well connected to public transport (Tram 3, 80 and 67 bus) and offers various shopping options with Migros, Coop, and Denner just around the corner, as well as a pharmacy and a sports store.

I envision living together as friends. Spontaneously winding down the evenings on the balcony, cooking together, or having a game night. I myself am often out and about, doing sports, in the mountains, or at cultural events, which means you will often have the apartment to yourself. Nevertheless, I also appreciate shared activities very much. Open communication is very important to me, and that everyone feels comfortable. Cleanliness and a certain order in the common areas should be a matter of course.

I studied environmental sciences and now work in Zurich, where I want to stay long-term. I am also interested in sustainability and like to have a green home with many plants on the balcony. If you also have a green thumb or would occasionally check on the plants, that would be a plus :).
