The apartment on the 5th floor offers direct access to a private rooftop terrace with views over the Hard Bridge and into the mountains. There is an elevator in the building. However, the rooftop terrace is only accessible via stairs.

The kitchen and entrance area are shared with another roommate, as well as a third room that is expected to remain unoccupied until the end of September.

The kitchen features a modern induction stove with two cooking zones, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. There is no oven.

Until recently, the room was used as an office. Since our rental contract runs until the end of September, we are now renting it out temporarily.

The rental price includes additional costs, electricity, and cleaning. A washing machine is not available.
