I'm renting a furnished room in my charming old building apartment starting around June 2025 and am looking for a quiet, tidy, and very animal-loving person who ideally has experience with indoor cats.

Preferred:

✅ Single occupancy only

📌 Conditions:

Rent: CHF 800 – 400 (gross, depending on use and length of stay)
Temporary and furnished

About the apartment:

🏡 3rd floor (top apartment) – 225 m² – 4 rooms

Room 2: approx. 26 m² with balcony (east side, towards Toblerstrasse)
Room 2: approx. 4 m² (north side, without balcony)
Living room with sliding door to the dining room and access to balcony 2 (usage as by agreement)
Kitchen with small balcony (south-facing, including small table)
Bathroom with shower, bathtub & two sinks
Separate toilet (including litter box)
Older parquet flooring throughout the apartment
Large attic & two basement compartments
Laundry room (ground floor) with washing machine, dryer & drying room
Small bike room

5 minutes to Bethanien Hospital
20 minutes downhill to HB (main train station)

Living with me & my cat 🐱:

I'm 50+ and share the apartment with my house/indoor cat. I'm tidy, but not fussy – however, you shouldn't have a problem with cat hair. The apartment is vacuumed and cleaned regularly.

Responsible handling of my pet is essential to me:
Always close the room door (or keep the window closed – risk of falling!)
Always keep the apartment door closed (the cat must not escape!)
