Single room for rent - 8038 Zürich

The 3-room apartment is located in Wollishofen, close to the lake and the city center. Connections with tram 7 and bus lines (184, 185, 70, from Morgental 72). Shopping facilities are Coop and Aldi right at the Butzenstrasse tram station, a 2-minute walk away.

The bedroom is approximately 16m² and is available for sublet from April to the end of July, beginning of August. The room is furnished with a bed (2.00x1.60), a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, and a desk + mobile container.

We are a 2-person shared apartment, and I will be doing an exchange semester from April. My roommate (25, employed) is looking for a new roommate from now until the end of July, beginning of September, for an uncomplicated cohabitation.
