Single room for rent - 8053 Zürich, Im Brächli 60

Hello everyone,

We (m/24 and w/23) are two students at the University of Zurich (Economics) and are looking for a new roommate who will take over the main rental contract for a longer term (>12 months) (minimum income of CHF 8100 or parents as guarantors / Swiss nationality required) and the empty room.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an open-minded and reliable person (m/f) who fits well into our current living situation – ideally you are a Bachelor, Master, or PhD student. It would be nice if you speak German, as we usually communicate in German in our daily lives – but this is not a must. Basically, we are also open to other exciting personalities who would fit well into our WG.
