Single room for rent - 8038 Zürich

Hello everyone!

My colleague and I are renting a beautiful apartment 5 minutes from the lake in the Kilchberg area.

Unfortunately, the colleague will continue his career in the USA and I am looking for someone who would be willing to share the apartment from 01.09.2025.

The apartment consists of:

- 2 separate, independent rooms
- large living room
- large bathroom with 2 sinks
- a fully equipped kitchen
- basement

The room that is avaliable is the room with the double bed in the photos. The furniture that is in it can possibly be bought back at a very reasonable price.

The rent for the entire property is currently CHF 2200, but unfortunately the owner of the property is planning a renovation project for 2026, which is expected to increase the rent by CHF 220-270.

The rent is split equally between 2 people, the contract is made directly with the agency that owns the property, so no middle man (nor I) makes money from you. The high rental price is simply due to the lakeside location.
