Looking for a summer spot that offers both tranquility and city vibes? You're in luck!​

As I am moving out I will offer my wonderful room in this wonderful flat for 2-4 months, before my flatmate will move together with his girlfriend.

I would ideally want to take the furniture you currently see in the pictures with me. If you have your own furniture and need a room until you find something else, that would be amazing. If you are looking for a furnished room for this time, I can leave the furniture there for you.

The rent can be negotiated if you would take the room for a shorter period of time.

Dates: 01.06.2025 - 31.07.2025 (earliest) to 31.09.2025 (latest)

The Apartment:

- is a spacious and stylish (at least in our opinion...) 3.5-room flat (around 80m^2) with a super bright living room and a balcony with great views and a nice BBQ.
- has the washing machine and dryer in-unit as well - no more basement laundry trips!​
- has a bathroom with a bathing tub and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures.​

The location:

- is super convenient, nestled right next to the Uetliberg and Sihl with a 10-minute train ride to Zurich Main Station
- lets you reach the lake in only 10 minutes by bike or bus, perfect for summer swims and picnics.​

Your flatmate:

- is a super chill Swiss-American software engineer (and amazing cook!) who loves being in the outdoors (skiing, paragliding, biking, you name it) but is for sure also always down to watch a movie or grab some dinner or drinks in the city.
