Single room for rent - 8037 Zürich

Hey everyone!
A room in our 3-person flatshare will become available starting July 1st, 2025, and we're looking for someone who wants to move in long-term and be part of our cozy, open WG life.

About the WG:

We are Johannes, 26 (Consultant) and Euginio, 29 (Bartender). We're definitely not a flatshare just for convenience – quite the opposite! We enjoy spending time together, cooking, having the occasional party (the apartment and rooftop terrace are perfect for that), and we often have friends over, especially on weekends. At the same time, we value cleanliness and respectful co-living so that everyone feels comfortable.

About the apartment:

• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Kitchen
• Separate living room
• Private rooftop terrace
• Private basement storage
• Street parking is usually easy to find in the area
• Great connections: Wipkingen train station, Wipkinger Platz, and Escher Wyss Platz are all nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center.

The room:

• The room will be rented unfurnished.
• A large wardrobe and a new bed can be taken over for a small fee (maximum 150 CHF in total). If not needed, we can also remove them.

Costs:

• All-in rent (incl. utilities, internet, electricity, shared household items): approx. 1250 – 1300 CHF per month (exact details will be discussed when we meet).

Who we are looking for:

• An open, social, and tidy person
• Someone who wants to actively take part in WG life and bring their own vibe
• Long-term living is important to us
• Ideally, you speak German, English, or Italian (we speak all three)
• Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible, but we are open to discussing solutions if you are interested and have an idea.
