After more than 10 years, our roommate is moving out and going traveling. The apartment has 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, 2 balconies, a garden with a barbecue area, and friendly neighbors.

The apartment: We live in a bright 5-room Art Nouveau apartment in District 6 with a balcony and a view over the city. Tram stop reachable in 1 minute, about 12 minutes on foot to the main station.

Your room: Quiet northeast location with a view into the green backyard and garden, approx. 11m². Furnished.

We: We are employed, uncomplicated, and value respectful coexistence. We enjoy laughing together or having a chat on the balcony, but we also appreciate personal space. Oh yes, we are two.

You: From 30 years old, employed, tidy, reliable, with an impeccable reputation – and a clear sense of good coexistence.

Duration: Initially limited to 6 months – and if it works for everyone, then an option for indefinite extension.

Price: CHF 1320 excl. (cleaning lady, electricity, and high-speed internet)
