I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my room in our lovely flat. It has its own private bathroom. The flat is huge and modern in the best part of Wiedikon, starting from June 14th . Rent is 1500 CHF all included (water, electricity, heating).

The apartment is well located 2 min from Wiedikon train station, right opposite the tram station 9 and 14, and Supermarket (Migros).

The flat has a total of 4.5 rooms and is very spacious (134m2) with 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen fully equipped with modern induction cooker, steamer, oven and microwave. There is also a balcony with a couch to chill outside with a bbq and great sun.

About us, we are 2 young professionals in their thirties and the flat is a relaxed and friendly environment. One female one male.

I loved this flat and neighborhood and would love to find a great person to take over who will appreciate it as well!!
