In our large, cozy 4-person shared apartment, a room (15sqm) is available, where part of the room's furnishings can be taken over. Attention, the furniture to be taken over is not the one in the picture :)! The spacious apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the main station and is located directly on the Limmat. The large terrace with a wonderful view of the Limmat and Platzspitz invites you to a joint barbecue and beer. In addition, there is a 30+sqm large living room, two bathrooms, and a washing machine/dryer in the apartment. If needed, a parking space can be rented.

In addition to the utilities, there are about 100 CHF in additional costs per month for cleaning staff, internet/TV, electricity & MrGreen recycling.

We are looking for a cheerful roommate who is established in their professional life and is between their late 20s and mid-30s. Our future roommate should have a healthy sense of order and cleanliness and be open to sociable shared apartment evenings, as we are a family-like shared apartment and would like to keep it that way.

A little about us: we are:
A doctor (fresh 34) with a green thumb, who keeps our plants in the apartment alive and is always found at festivals.
A Machine Learning Engineer (28), our little football star with a penchant for midnight snacks.
An auditor (30), the language talent of the shared apartment who always speaks too quietly and occasionally dislocates her shoulder while playing laser tag.
