We live in two connected 3-room apartments on the 4th floor opposite the Löwenbräu area.

The room is 9m2, faces the courtyard, has afternoon and evening sun, and a parquet floor.

We have a living room with a balcony, two kitchens (one is the shared kitchen, the other is the coffee and aperitif kitchen, both with balconies) and two bathrooms.
The room comes with a half cellar and attic compartment.

The house is 130 years old, renovated, and has a large rooftop terrace. There is also a large guest room for all residents in the attic.

We are a historian and curator, 31, an architect, 64, and a design teacher, 59.

We enjoy exchange and discussions, art, architecture and design, doing things ourselves, cooking, gardening, retreat and quiet, parties and guests, our house, the location and the sun. Additionally, freestyle embroidery, salsa, samba, and playing E-bass, pondering on the sunny rooftop terrace, annual Easter egg dyeing, etc.
