The apartment is located in Kreis 4 on Eichenbühlstrasse, in a quiet residential area with many green and recreational areas, surrounded by numerous shopping facilities and public transport stops. It is very close to the hotspots Hardplatz/Hardbrücke, Albisriederplatz/Badenerstrasse, as well as the Letzigrund stadium, Bullingerplatz and the Letzipark shopping center.
The building is equipped with lockable bikeparking spaces (bike shelter and bike room) and a laundry room (washing machine, drying machine). Parking space at extra charge (150 CHF/month).
