Hi!

I am looking for a subtenant (1 person) to take over one of two bedrooms in my large 79 sqm apartment, from Aug 1 (exact start and date can be discussed) until the end of the year with an option to extend. This top-floor apartment is super beautiful and modern with amazing views from the rooftop!

I am a German-Thai 37-year-old IT professional, staying in the bigger bedroom (20 sqm). You would be taking the smaller one (15 sqm) with king-sized bed and wardrobe.

Everything else is fully furnished and ready for moving in. All other areas incl. the amazing rooftop one floor higher, are shared.

Tram stop is right in front the of the building and bakery and grocery stores within walking distance.
