Furnished apartment for rent - 8004 Zürich

I am looking for a subtenant for my large room in a very nice 4.5-room apartment at Hallwylplatz (Werd, District 4).

It is a furnished room (first photo) for sole use. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, armchair, chest of drawers, desk, PC screen, so fully furnished.

The rest of the apartment will be shared with one roommate (m). The apartment has a living room, a dining room, a separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony, is fully furnished/equipped, and has a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. Internet costs will be shared.

The room is available from July 15 or August 1, 2025, until the end of December 2025 (according to agreement, possibly extendable). The landlord is going on a multi-month trip.
