Single room for rent - 8003 Zürich

Starting immediately or at the latest by July 1, 2025, a shared room will be available for one person (preferably a woman, due to better hygiene based on experience) until the end of the year for an initial period of 6 months (December 31, 2025).

Only for 1 person, no couples! Minimum rental period: 2-3 months.

There may be an option to rent the room in 2026 as well, if the living together is harmonious.
We are looking for a working, clean, responsible woman who fits into our quiet neighborhood and treats the belongings in the apartment with care. (25 to 45 years old)

The apartment is located in one of the most trending areas of Zurich - Wiedikon. Cafes, bars, cool clothing stores/vintage stores, restaurants, and plenty of supermarkets are just a few minutes walking distance away.

The tram/bus station is only 1-2 minutes walking distance away. Your spacious room comes fully furnished with a double bed (plus 2x fresh white sheets), there is a new desk with a comfortable chair to work/study, bright lighting and smaller lamps for a cozy dimmed atmosphere, plus a massive wardrobe system for your clothing. The rent includes all furnishings, utilities, high-speed internet.
