Single room for rent - 8004 Zürich

Hello flat share seekers!

From August 1, 2025, our sunny 22m² room in the 3-person flat share on Badenerstrasse + private rooftop terrace (with its own shower ;P) will be available. Our dear Johanna is unfortunately moving back home and leaving a gap that only you can fill!

Our flat share is great, and we have a lot of fun together - The flat share is a total of about 120m² (over 2 floors) + about 25m² rooftop terrace (third floor).

There is just one small catch: We share a bathroom/WC. But don't worry - with a little coordination, it has always worked great so far. 🚽
Washing machine and dryer are available.

The room is currently still partially furnished, which can be taken over. Cleaning service and internet are already included in the rent.

We are looking for - you! Someone who is open and eager for shared moments - whether it's having coffee in the kitchen, a game night, or just a cozy chat after work. We are both working and appreciate a quiet home during the week, where one can unwind well. Of course, it can also get a bit more fun on the weekends - but all in a healthy balance.

We are Stéphane (34) and Jonas (34), who enjoy life to the fullest in Zurich and the world. From surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, hiking, paragliding to just hanging out or partying on our rooftop terrace, we are up for anything.
