I am Séverine and I am going to Thailand for nine months. During this time, I am looking for a subtenant for my room in our beautiful 3-room apartment near the Enge train station.

The room & the apartment

• 17 m² large, furnished room (personal belongings will be removed)

• Two balconies with plenty of light
• Modern kitchen with dishwasher
• Laundry and drying room available
• Bicycle room for bikes
• Apartment on the 1st floor, elevator available

• 5 minutes walk to the tram stop Rentenanstalt
• 7 minutes walk to the Enge train station
• Very well connected and centrally located

Roommate
You will share the apartment with a 20-year-old woman who works in the medical field. She is looking for an open roommate who is interested in shared living but also appreciates space and does her own thing.
