Single room for rent - 8001 Zürich

Hey there,

We are looking for calm and reliable person to complete our shared flat close to the Grossmünster starting from mid-June/July and with long-term plans of staying. :) We are two PhD students at ETH in our late twenties and are looking for someone (preferably female) in a similar life situation.
The room that frees up is the biggest and sunniest in the apartment (ca 25 sqm and unfurnished) and is perfect for doubling as a combined bed room, office and a private living room. (No pets and non-smoking.)

So if you like your home calm, clean and cozy, and you would like to build a meaningful relationship with your flatmates then this could be the perfect spot for you.

A bit more about ourselves: We are a couple and live here, since we had the opportunity to take over the shared flat last year together and have kept it a shared flat since then.
During the week we are very busy with our work, and often cook dinner in the evening and/or do sports together. On weekends, we typically have a calm day at home and one out and about. We love to be out on the road biking, hiking in the mountains or meeting friends. There are quite a few books spread all over the apartment and we really make use of the Kunsthaus, the Tonhalle, the Opernhaus and the arthouse cinemas in walking distance.

Since we consider the flat our home, we want to make sure that we find a person that really fits well with us, so we can all live comfortably together.
