this spacious WG room is available immediately. It is fully furnished with a large bed with mattress and bedside table, a desk, and a wardrobe.
You can of course also use our shared WG rooms.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, a large living room with TV, adjacent to a dining room and also a small balcony.
The laundry room is in the basement.
The rent includes electricity, water, heating, washing machine, and internet.
The WG is on the 1st floor of a beautifully renovated old house, in a quiet residential area. The house is centrally located, leisure and shopping opportunities are just around the corner. The bus stop is 2 minutes from here.
We currently live together as four and are between 20 to 30 years old, employed or students.
