About the apartment:
We live in a spacious 3.5-room apartment with beautiful herringbone parquet, a large living room with dining table and TV, a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower. The location is great – a bus stop with direct connection to the university/city is just around the corner.
About the room:

• Size: approx. 13m²
• Rent: CHF 465.–/month (including utilities)
• Furniture can be taken over completely or partially free of charge upon request (bed, desk, chair, etc.)

About the shared apartment:
We are two master's students (male, both in their mid-20s) looking for a roommate who is uncomplicated, open, and reliable. We occasionally cook together or share about our day – but everyone can also have their own space.
