The shared flat consists of a large, open living room with balcony and cozy seating, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) including a private washing tower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything your heart desires (e.g. dishwasher). Drinks are also taken care of, because yes, we have a small home bar.

Many other shared flats live in the house, where you can also meet in the summer on the rooftop terrace. Bicycle cellar, cellar and attic compartment are also included. Parking spaces for cars can be found in the blue zone.

We are looking for two new flatmates for our shared flat. One room (2nd room on the slide) is available from July, the other depending on agreement from August (2nd room on the slide).

We are looking for open and uncomplicated people who are not afraid of the cleaning bucket. Ideally, you are about our age and appreciate communal living with all its facets. A little about us:
We are Jan (26), Luca (28), and Noemi (22) until August ;)
We are experienced in shared living and are either working or studying. Despite different daily structures, we meet almost daily and also plan the occasional outing or evening together. We are sociable, but also appreciate our own four walls.

Luca loves boards - in winter on snow and in summer on water. Regardless of the season, he enjoys football. Jan is also sporty and enjoys boxing. As a Berliner, you might also find him occasionally cleaning up with loud techno music. In Noemi's life, everything revolves around theater.
