Hello future roommate of a 2 (up to 2.5) person shared apartment,

I am looking for you for our friendly shared home! From October 1, 2025, I have a cozy, furnished room in a quiet 94 sqm apartment with a dream view of Lake Lucerne to offer. My roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, so his room will be free. It is still furnished, but you can also gladly replace the furniture with your own.

**Here are the details:

• Living area of your room:** 20 m² plus own bathroom approx. 8 sqm, directly and exclusively accessible through your room. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer.

• Furnished: Yes. The furniture is interchangeable, I am not attached to it.

• Balcony: Yes, with a wonderful view of the lake. The glass front can be pushed to the side.

• Private bathroom:** Yes, all for yourself

• Additional costs: Garage parking space 130 CHF.

• plus electricity participation approx. 10 CHF per month. no extra costs.

• Swimming pool, sauna in the house for free use

• Lake Lucerne is right in front of the house, you can swim here right away

• Bus stop just around the corner

**About me: I am a doctor, m, 56 years old, athletic (yoga, jogging, etc.), open-minded, musical (without an instrument in the apartment), calm nature. I am in the apartment about 9 days a month, or I work long in the clinic on those days and therefore am rather little at home, which means you have a lot of time for yourself. The rest of the time I spend with my son in Germany. I am open to any gender identity and would be happy if you are also employed. You should have a sense of order, I prefer it to be less turbulent, you should respect each other's privacy. I could also imagine a father/mother with a child from about 6 years old (2.5 person shared apartment). The atmosphere here is relaxed and easy-going. I am also open to light to deep conversations (society, spirituality, politics) without being dogmatic.

You surely know it too, the chemistry between us must be right and we should feel comfortable with each other, so I would look forward to a first meeting. Your room could also be moved into a few days earlier or later.
