Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich, Herbstweg 74

I will be leaving my shared room at Herbstweg 74. The bright apartment has 3 rooms in total, one of which is still rented by a roommate (28, f). The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large living room and two balconies. The apartment can potentially also be taken over. The move-in date would be May 16 at the earliest and June 1, 2025 at the latest. The living room will remain furnished, but I will take all the furniture from my room with me.
