In our shared apartment at Rötelstrasse 20, two rooms will be available from 01.05! The current contract is limited until the end of August, but there is an opportunity for the new roommate to take over the main rental contract for another year from then on.

The rooms are 16 and 19 square meters in size, have high ceilings, as well as large, bright windows and cost 945 and 1046 CHF per month, respectively.

We all pay an additional 200 CHF into a shared account and share all household items and groceries (Mischa vegan, Max omni), which saves a lot of food waste and money.

Your roommates will be Max (30) and Mischa (31), both employed and always excited about oven vegetables or homemade pasta. They both love to exercise - jogging, swimming, bouldering, and cycling are always met with enthusiasm!

You like to share more than just rent, are open, and are excited about joint jumps into the Limmat, late-night gelato at Röschibachplatz, or pizza on the rooftop terrace - yes, we share a large rooftop terrace with the other tenants in the house, from which you have a view from Altstetten to the lake.
