• Shared use of kitchen, washing machine, and a bathroom in the attic. The bathroom is primarily available for the shared room but is rarely used by guests.
• The Aare is only 1 km away and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
• Parking spaces are available.
• A bus stop (Wichtrach Murachere) is in the immediate vicinity and offers good connections.
• Shopping options in Wichtrach and Kiesen are quickly accessible.
• By car you can reach:
• The center of Wichtrach in 3 minutes (2 km)
• The center of Thun in 11 minutes (12 km)
• The center of Bern in 24 minutes (24 km)

About the shared apartment:

• We place great importance on cleanliness and mutual consideration.
• A good balance between privacy and community life is important to us.
• Helping to refill the firewood storage is voluntary but appreciated.
• We have two cats that do not stay in the attic. This means the shared room is separated from the rest of the house.
• Please note that the room is located in a farmhouse and does not meet the latest standards. In summer it can get over 25°C warm, in winter occasionally below 20°C. However, previous residents have found this pleasant and reported positive effects on the immune system.
